I have personally known Hélène for a very long time, back when I lived in Montréal-Nord and we shared common family and friendship ties. Hélène was then under ten years old, if my memory serves me right, and as the only girl in a family surrounded by several brothers, she never let anything be imposed on her. She had character, and over the years that character transformed into determination — that of a woman who knows what she wants and how to achieve it.
