There are artists with very special talents who have always been icons for LGBT communities. Either it is a fashion effect as in the case of Donna Summer or this craze is related to the actions of these artists to the gay community. This is the case of the great lady of the song and the American cinema which we honor with this edition, Mrs. Barbra Streisand.
She has been involved with LGBT people for years, participating, when she can, in events organized even by Hillary Clinton, former First Lady of the United States, and recently, following rumors that President Donald Trump of the United States is preparing to sign decrees undermining to the fundamental rights of trans people, as well as in the fight against HIV, she was launching a song on her new album titled « Love’s Never Wrong ». In a recent interview for gay-Canadian media, she said « judging people for who they are and not for what they do is wrong. We all share 99.9% of the same human genome, we are all the same, « said Barbra Streisand in response to Donald Trump’s decisions. When Barbra Streisand puts all the weight of his celebrity to give us a little dignity in front of a rather extraordinary political situation in the United States for 2 years, and that it does without fear and without fears, it had to be thanked properly.
