Hello, following your article on trump you notice: « I have found no mention of any policy whatsoever. » In order to help you I suggest you read the first executive order immigration of Trump’s signature. I draw your attention to the hatred of women and gays and lesbians and crimes in this regard section 1 and section 10 paragraph iii. I sent an email on this info to my friends at the time asking to read the decree and continue to support LGBT rights.
(Richard T., Montreal)

Dear Richard, I first wanted to make a correction when you say that in the text I said that I did not find any policy on LGBT people. That’s not quite what I was saying … I was saying that specifically, on the White House website, there was no mention of any policy regarding homosexuals.

There is this decree that I knew, but it does not apply to any LGBT policy. Section 1 mentions that it is precisely to protect sexual minorities, among others, that the decree is signed and in paragraph 10 (iii), the term « gender-based » should not be linked to LGBTs because it clearly states that ‘it’s » …  » it’s not about us but about women. Thank you for your information which was interesting all the same and for your good comments on the magazine, it is very nice

Hello Gay Globe, I was very surprised to see the cover reserved for Trump after all he did against gay men. Your open letter was well written and informative.
(Michel R., Quebec)

Hi Michel, what exactly did he do against gay people? People tend to repeat what they see happening on Facebook by considering rumors and fake news as news, but beware. As part of the preparation of the open letter, I did a lot of research to find exactly the

list of his misdeeds against us, and except for the dissemination of the same rumors everywhere, especially by militant homosexual sites, I did not find anything.

Even Mike Pence, the VP of the United States, who is presented as an anti-LGBT monster, sworn a first homosexual ambassador, accompanied by his spouse and for the occasion, the VP delivered a magnificent speech pro-LGBT . Always be careful with what’s on the web!

I just realized that for a while, I only read your magazine for information about who I am and what I represent as a gay man. I have not read « the other » gay magazine in Quebec for years and frankly, I do not miss it.
(Raf S., Laval)

Thank you Raf for your comment. I do not know of any gay magazine in Quebec, but I do not want to be a snob, I only know a gay guide. However, and I often hear your comment, people are jaded to always read the same news presented in the same way. The gay marriage in such a country, the community groups that denounce this condition or the decisions of American courts on our rights in general. There is more than that in the LGBT world and you have to talk about it. That’s what I try to do with Gay Globe, do better, always better with each edition. Go beyond the simple news, comment on it, explain it, it makes good paper: O) Thank you Raf.
