I would like magazines to have a release date. Example: # 128 was published in October 2018 but no date-month-year appears on or in the magazine. In the display, it happens that there are 2-3 reviews, but we can not know when is the release. I appreciate short articles referring to national and international news. Like the « Great Homos of the past ».
In this issue, 128, « The Wall of Montreal » is very significant of the division that is created between East and West cultures of Montreal. This « wall » does not promote unity among all citizens, it serves as a pretext to « protect cyclists » of motorists.

Hello Jean-Pierre, thank you for your comments on our articles and columns. The general principle of Globe Gay Magazine is to be timeless so that the content is always in circulation and is not associated with a specific period of the year. For example, if an edition had a December 15 publication mention, readers might think that the content is holiday-related and would think that in January the content would be out of date, that’s what we want to avoid. Each issue, however, is clearly identified in chronological order and you can check Gay Globe’s archive if you are missing it at http://www.gayglobe.us/magazines.html

I’m a big fan of classic black and white movies, but I often have to go to watch what’s new on the Gay Globe website, is there any way to find a way to notify readers of new ones? movies?
(Monique G., Terrebonne)
Of course Monique, I’m surprised by your question. You can simply subscribe for free by using the automatic feature listed at the top of the Gay Globe home pages under « Free Subscription » at https://www.gayglobe.us/. It’s free and if you do not like it, the unsubscription is automatic too.

Following the publication of your article on the Press Council’s setbacks with Quebecor, I tried to find out on the Web how the Tribunal dealt with the requested injunction, but I can not find anything. Do you know what’s next?
(André P., Verdun)
I also tried to find a judgment or a trace but nothing, I’ll do sporadic checks and talk about it again.

Thank you for always remembering and telling us each year of Pascal Coste who has indeed bequeathed an invaluable gift, despite himself. I read both novels and it’s very easy to dive in and despite the finality, I felt good as it was well told. (Philippe St-C., Montreal)
Happy to help you understand some realities with these two novels very intimate and based on real facts. This is the reason why the publications are permanently maintained on the site of Gay Globe, in the section of the novels of Caroline Gréco, so that the message continues to pass …

I would never have suspected that such beautiful historic buildings could be near my home, on Morgan Street in HOMA, thank you! (Christian C., Montreal-HOMA)
Dear Christian, I did not know about it either. Glad to have you discover a corner of the history of wealthy French families in Montreal, the equivalent of Westmount (in smaller), in the East!

Can not find your display in the Pharmaprix outlet on Ontario Street East in Montreal?
(Amir V., Montreal)
Hello Amir, following a request from a regional manager for Pharmaprix, some stores must remove all displays from their inputs and outputs. However, you can find the magazine inside, turning to your right as soon as you enter, at the bottom of a display for commercial newspapers and next to the counter of Loto-Quebec.

I do not know by what kind of chance this is possible, but I just found a copy of Globe Gay Magazine on the table of a coffee in the Paris Marais and I find your publication absolutely fantastic. And it’s free?
(Vincent L., Paris)
For me too it’s a surprise. It is probably a traveler who did not have time to read it in Quebec and who read it with his coffee in Paris. Thank you for your comment, yes the magazine is free for 20 years and it is only supported by its partners and advertisers. Subscribe for the PDF if you want, it’s also free!
